Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within  days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return requests must be initiated within days of delivery.

  • Certain items (e.g., sale items, gift cards, personalized products) are non-returnable. Please check the product page for details.

To initiate a return:

  1. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  2. Returns must be shipped back within days of approval.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within  business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. To qualify for an exchange:

  • Contact us within  days of receiving your order.

  • Follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately:

  1. Email [support@trendorbit.com] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective product.

  2. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  • If your return package is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.

5. International Returns & Exchanges

  • International orders are eligible for returns and exchanges; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Refunds for international returns will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us with the gift receipt or order number.

  • Approved gift returns will be refunded as store credit.

8. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
