At Arabia Orbit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must include all original accessories, tags, and promotional items, if applicable.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items generally cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened personal-care and hygiene products.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items without their original packaging or accessories.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Return Shipping

  • For wrong, defective, or damaged items, Arabia Orbit will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible product for another item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos of the product, if applicable
